Spring Development
The Bandits Spring Development Program is designed to help players relax, and reset after the long, demanding regular season. The season is over! Now it’s time to let go of the pressure, expectations, and grind. No coaches to impress. No fans in the stands. Just you, other players, and a chance to focus on becoming a better, more confident player.
This is your opportunity to:
- Try new things without fear of mistakes
- Push outside your comfort zone
- Strengthen the areas you struggle with
- Develop your skills, not just maintain them
Everything we do is centered around helping players of all ages, levels, and abilities grow into stronger, smarter, and become more confident hockey players. We don’t “wing it.” Every session in our program follows a carefully designed curriculum built by experienced coaches who understand how players learn best. Every drill, skate, and activity has a purpose, all aimed at maximizing development both on and off the ice.
Our comprehensive Bandits Development Curriculum includes:
✅ Edge Work
✅ Power Skating
✅ Body Mechanics
✅ Strength & Conditioning
✅ Power Skill Development
✅ Small Area Skill Development
✅ Competative Games
Our development program is divided into three levels to ensure every player is appropriately challenged and supported:
- Beginner – Building fundamentals and skating confidence
- Intermediate – Advancing skills, edgework, and game sense
- Advanced – High-tempo drills, elite power skating, and competitive game play
Each 6-week development cycle includes:
✅ 4 on-ice sessions per week
✅ Dedicated dryland training
✅ Small-area skill sessions and full-ice concept drills
✅ Game-day ice sessions - (we will bring teams in from other organizations to play our Bandit players)
We’ve partnered with professional training organizations for power skating, edgework, and off-ice conditioning and we’re proud to introduce elite small-area skill development as part of every program. We guarantee that after six weeks of Bandits development, every player will become a stronger, faster, and more efficient skater.
Goaltender Development
We never forget about our goalies — they’re a critical part of our Bandits family. Each of our programs includes a built-in mini goalie camp, designed to give goalies the same focused attention as skaters.
- The edgework session is the sessions where the goalies get goalie specific training and with small goalie-to-coach ratio.
- Every skill station and small-area game includes goalies, they’re never sitting still or used merely as targets.
- Our goal is a 1:2 goalie-to-coach ratio for maximum attention and feedback.
- Goalies participate in dryland training sessions right alongside skaters to improve strength, mobility, and athleticism.
We’re committed to developing complete goalies, they are not just shot blockers, but game changers.
Affordable. Focused. Family-Oriented.
We keep our programs affordable and accessible, because player growth, not profit is what drives us. We maintain small player-to-coach ratios to ensure every athlete gets personal attention and feedback. Limited spots will be available (30) and they’ll fill quickly.
Join us this spring and experience the Bandits difference where development comes first, fun is never forgotten, and every player matters.
