Spring Development

The Bandits Spring Development Program is designed to help players relax, and reset after the long, demanding regular season. The season is over! Now it’s time to let go of the pressure, expectations, and grind. No coaches to impress. No fans in the stands. Just you, other players, and a chance to focus on becoming a better, more confident player.

DATES:

April 6th - May 22nd, 2026

This is your opportunity to:

  • Try new things without fear of mistakes
  • Push outside your comfort zone
  • Strengthen the areas you struggle with
  • Develop your skills, not just maintain them

Everything we do is centered around helping players of all ages, levels, and abilities grow into stronger, smarter, and become more confident hockey players. We don’t “wing it.” Every session in our program follows a carefully designed curriculum built by experienced coaches who understand how players learn best. Every drill, skate, and activity has a purpose, all aimed at maximizing development both on and off the ice.

Our comprehensive Bandits Development Curriculum includes:

✅ Edge Work

✅ Power Skating

✅ Body Mechanics

✅ Strength & Conditioning

✅ Power Skill Development

✅ Small Area Skill Development

✅ Full Ice Skill & Concept Development

✅ Competitive Games

Our development program is divided into three levels to ensure every player is appropriately challenged and supported:

  • Beginner – Building fundamentals and skating confidence
  • Intermediate – Advancing skills, edgework, and game sense
  • Advanced – High-tempo drills, elite power skating, and competitive game play

Each 6-week development cycle includes:

✅ 4 on-ice sessions per week

✅ Dedicated dryland training

✅ Small-area skill sessions and full-ice concept drills

✅ Game-day ice sessions

We’ve partnered with professional training organizations for power skating, edgework, and off-ice conditioning and we’re also proud to introduce elite small-area skill development as part our programs. After six weeks of Bandits development, there is no way your player will not be a more efficient skater.

Goaltender Development

We never forget about our goalies... they’re a critical part of our Bandits family. Each of our programs includes a built-in mini goalie camp, designed to give goalies the same focused attention as skaters.

  • The weekly edgework session is where the goalies get goalie specific training and with small goalie-to-coach ratio.
  • The full ice session includes goalies, they’re never sitting still or used merely as targets.
  • Our goal is a 1:2 goalie-to-coach ratio for maximum attention and feedback.
  • Goalies participate in dryland training sessions alongside skaters to improve strength, mobility, and athleticism.
  • Goalie registrations are limited.

Affordable. Focused. Family-Oriented.

At Bandits Hockey, player development comes first... not profit. That’s why we work hard to keep our programs affordable and accessible for families.

You won’t find another all-in-one development package at this level for only $400 (skaters) / $200 (goalies).

Spots are limited to 30 players and will fill fast.
